I received my item and the label was oily and no lettering was on the jar, no ingredients no instructions just a blurry label. I then reached out to customer service support. I sent pictures and a video. I was told to ship the damaged product back which is crazy. Most companies would see the pictures and videos and say okay well send another item. It’s not thecustomers fault that the packaging didn’t protect the product. Lesson learned do not support small business who can’t replace their product when it’s damaged in transit. Don’t know if the product work or not I have no instructions so I trashed it !!! Wish I could show the images.
I had 2 dark spots on my face and hyperpigmentation on my cheek. I started using this cream and within 2 weeks I noticed a difference. I am very pleased considering my regime consisted of using it 3x a week. I now use weekly and receive compliments on how clear my skin is!
